Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments and Due Diligence
On November 1st, 2006 the All Appropriate
Inquiry rule (AAI) became effective as the requirement for
Phase I audits meeting the liability requirements for Comprehensive
Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act
(CERCLA) protection. Associated Sciences, has been conducting
Phase I assessments according to ASTM E 1527-05 standards
since the company's inception in 1998, and has easily made
the transition to the new assessment standards. ASC was
founded by a Professional Geologist with the reputation,
and the experience, to make informed opinions that have
helped our clients make the right decisions. Associated
Sciences can help you with the changes in the AAI regulation
or perform an Environmental Site Assessment, and make an
informed opinion for you.
